Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy , which means you can submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your item.

Returns conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unwashed, unused, with tags and in the original packaging . You will also need a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Return procedure

Please note: Our head office is located in China . You will need to send your package to our supplier (located in Asia ) when returning a product.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Products returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages & Problems

Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will assess the problem and provide a solution.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants)
  • Custom made products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care products (such as cosmetics or beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials (such as flammable liquids or gases)

Swap

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.


European Union – 14 days cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union , you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

As previously stated, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unwashed, unused, with tags and in the original packaging . You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved.

Upon approval, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days .

Please note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
